Fitout of a new 250m² retail space in South Melbourne for premium bike retailer Bike Gallery. The $450K project was delivered over 12 weeks and supported the brand’s expansion into a second store, following a decade in its Hawthorn East location. The tenancy was split into two sections, with a high-end retail and workshop space designed to complement the product offering, alongside a working environment with a luxury kitchen and appliances.‍
